For nearly two decades, I've helped global organizations navigate technology transformation—leading initiatives that bridge strategy, operations, and people. Throughout my career at Accenture and Givaudan, I've worked across Business Intelligence, cloud and hybrid operations, IT service management, enterprise transitions, and organizational change — including global SAP BW/BO/HANA environments spanning consumer goods and flavor/fragrance manufacturing, supporting 3,000+ users across multiple continents — helping teams turn complex technology initiatives into sustainable business outcomes.
As Artificial Intelligence reshapes the way organizations operate, I believe success depends on much more than implementing the latest technology. It requires thoughtful governance, clear accountability, operational readiness, and, most importantly, people who are prepared to embrace new ways of working.
That belief led me to found Solyn Consulting LLC.
I started Solyn to help organizations become Human-Ready for AI—combining responsible AI governance, practical implementation, operational excellence, and change enablement into a cohesive strategy that delivers lasting value.
